People of Prints (referred to as “Product” in this document) provides a personalized Photo printing service that transforms user’s Instagram and Facebook, or directly uploaded photos into magnets, frames, prints and badge. This website is owned and managed by The Indian jazz. (trade name Peopleofprints also referred to as “we” and “us” in this document). The following Terms and Conditions apply to all content displayed and used on the Peopleofprints.com website (referred to as “Site). All Terms and Conditions are applicable to the Products made available for purchase on the Site and also cover orders placed and accepted for Products. All users are advised to read through the Terms and Conditions prior to utilizing the Site in any way or making a purchase. By accessing the Site’s content and/or placing an order, you verify that you have read, fully understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions found on this page. You can print this document for your records by clicking the print button on your browser. All users are advised that we reserve the right to update or modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Users should review these Terms and Conditions periodically.People of Prints Ordering Process:

- Connect to a Facebook or sign up with email id.
- Choose images from your Facebook or Instagram or directly upload from desktop/laptop and upload to peopleofprints.com
- Complete the peopleofprints.com payment process
- Confirm order as instructed on the Site
- We will send an order confirmation message by email
- We print and ship your People of prints order
Site Access and Use
By accessing the Site, you agree to comply with all reasonable instruction provided. You are also not permitted to email to us, upload or order Product which contains material that:- is defamatory to any person
- is obscene, indecent, offensive or pornographic
- promotes discrimination of anytime, including but not limited to sex, race, religion, disability, nationality, age or sexual orientation
- incites violence or hatred toward a person or group
- infringes upon trademark, copyright, database or intellectual property of a third party
- breaches legal duty owed to any third party, including a duty of confidence or contract
- is abusive, threatening or violates the privacy of others as well as material that causes inconvenience, unnecessary anxiety or annoyance
- is intended to impersonate another person or is used to misrepresent the user’s identity or affiliation with a person or group creates the impression that it originates from the Site if it does not
- promotes, encourages or assist with any unlawful activity, including but not limited to, computer misuse and copyright infringement.
- is otherwise in violation of any law
Payment, Currency and Price
All prices indicated are inclusive of taxes. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. Payment for orders must be submitted as instructed on the Site at the time the order is accepted. You will be required to provide accurate payment information and accept all terms and conditions related to a third party payment service. We exclude to the fullest extent permissible by law any liability related to use of a third party payment service. You understand that all information gathered from you for the purpose of placing and delivering an order is correct and accurate. You also verify that your payment method is your legal property and that sufficient funds or credit is available to cover the entire cost of your order.Order Delivery
The delivery location for your Product(s) will appear on the order. The standard method of delivery will be regular postage.We will do everything we reasonable can to process orders and manufacture Product within the delivery time estimate provided by us. Manufacturing times may vary and the delivery information provided is only an estimate. We are not liable for any expenses or loss incurred due to a delay in delivery of Product.
We reserve the right to ship orders in installments as necessary.
If you choose to wrongfully deny or fail to accept delivery of an order, we are under no obligation to provide a refund for the order. If delivery is refused or an inaccurate address was provided by you, you will be charged all applicable re-delivery fees.
Delivery complaints or claims for Product must be submitted to us within 28 days of receipt of Product(s). In cases of non-delivery, claims must be submitted in a reasonable time period from the expected delivery date.
Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Rights
You retain the right to cancel an order if any of the following apply:(a.) We fail to deliver your order within 28 days of the date you submitted the order
Or
(b.) If a Product is defective and we have been alerted promptly. Notification must be provided at the earliest opportunity after discovering a fault or defect in the Product. You must inspect the Product as soon as is reasonable after delivery, and should never be longer than 14 days after receiving the Product.
We are responsible for all amounts paid for the order (including any initial fees and re-delivery charges if applicable) if either of the two conditions listed above (a or b) are present.

Except in regards to defective Product(s), nothing within the Site’s Terms and Conditions gives you any right of cancellation for Products which, by their nature, are manufactured specifically for you and are obviously personalized.
All returns must be made in the original Product packaging. You are advised that original packaging should be retained for this reason.
Product once received will be checked by team peopleofprints.com and informed decision regarding acceptance of replacement will be conveyed immediately.
Third Party Websites and Links
The Site may contain links to websites managed and owned by third parties. We have no control over these sites, including Facebook, Instagram and the payment gateway. They are provided for convenience reasons only. We make no guarantee, warranty or representations regarding any third party website which may be accessible through the Site as well as any services or product they provide. You agree that the Site is not liable in any way related to arrangements, deals or transactions (including the purchase of services or products) that you complete on any third party website.Liability
We warrant that Product(s) purchased from us through the Site are reasonably fit and of satisfactory quality for its intended purpose. We disclaim all other representations, conditions, warranties and statements that express or imply (whether by statute, common law, custom or other method) as permissible under law.We strive to ensure that all information displayed on the Site is accurate, correct and free of errors. Changes can be made without notice and may include content related to Product, prices and fees.We do not guarantee that the Site and all applicable content as well as all functionality of the Site will be free of errors and uninterrupted.We hold no liability to you other than liability related to direct loss or damage, whether in tort (including breach of statutory duty, negligence or other tort), contract or otherwise and whether it was caused by our act or an omission as well as those of our agents, officers, directors, shareholders, subcontractors and employees. Our liability in respect to an order shall be no more than the amount paid by you to us for Product.We, along with our directors, agents, shareholders, officers, subcontractors and employees, are not liability to you or any third party, whether in tort (including breach of statutory duty, negligence or other tort) or otherwise for any loss of revenue, business, data, profits, anticipating savings, goodwill, reputation or opportunity or business interruption; or for any special, consequential or indirect loss, damage, cost or other claims.Nothing included in these Terms and Conditions shall limit our liability for or exclude:- Personal injury or death caused by our negligenceLoss suffered by you as a result of fraudulent representation made by usLiability which cannot be limited or excluded under law
Indemnity
By using the Site, you agree to indemnify us against all claims, expenses and liabilities that may occur because of or in connection with a breath of the Terms and Conditions by you or through a peopleofprints.com account.Termination
We reserve the right to cease any service we offer or remove the Site at our discretion without prior notice for any reason.We also reserve the right to terminate your Site access for any reason at our sole discretion without prior notice. This will be done without effecting your current orders.
